ASSIGNMENT A ships WORLDWIDE. The customer will be able to get exact shipping fees when checking out.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO DISPATCH?
Ready-made orders will process in 3-5 business days. Pre-ordered orders will process in 14-21 business days due to pieces being handmade and increased high volume orders. If purchasing a ready-made piece and a pre-ordered piece together, your order will be processed and shipped once the pre-ordered piece is finished. No exceptions.
Orders will take 3-7 business days to deliver AFTER processing time for the US. Orders shipped WORLDWIDE may have varied delivery times. Times can vary depending on holidays. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED.
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be able to track your order once it has been processed. A tracking number is available immediately.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted,you will be provided a return shipping label. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping, and that payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question(s) at email@example.com.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. As noted above, we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
